For grassroots football clubs

Sunday sorted in one click

Stop spending hours copying fixtures into spreadsheets. fixtr.uk imports this week's games, gives each one a pitch, a kick-off time and a referee, and sends the details to everyone.

How it works

1

Import

Paste your FA Full-Time fixtures pages. Each week fixtr.uk pulls in your home games, even from league sites that block copying.

2

Allocate

One click gives every match a pitch and kick-off between your first and last kick-off times, following your age-group and league rules.

3

Send

Email or WhatsApp coaches their fixtures, and send the opposition a PDF match sheet with date, kick-off, pitch and referee.

Built around your club's rules

  • Referee allocation

Referees only where needed (e.g. U12 and above), one per pitch, with FAN numbers on the sheet.

  • Your pitch rules

"U7–U10 on mini pitches", "SYL games only at SMP" — write the rules once and they're followed every week.

  • No double bookings

Every pitch gets a 10:00 game first, younger groups go earlier, and age groups stay on the same pitch where they can.

  • Match lengths per age

Set the match length for each age group and kick-offs are spaced to fit.

  • Opposition match sheets

Upload your own Word sheet or use ours — every match gets its own PDF with your club's name.

  • Coach messages

Each coach gets just their team's fixtures by email or WhatsApp.

More than a fixtures list

Club apps copy your fixtures. fixtr.uk also allocates referees by age group and sends each opposition team a personalised match sheet — the jobs that still eat a fixture secretary's Saturday night. Try every feature free for 14 days, then £79 per year per club.
